Welcome To Your Beagle Crash Course!

Beagles crave companionship with their family or other dogs. Playful, energetic, smart, loyal, sweet and charming are all wonderful examples of how Beagle owners describe their pups. Beagles fall firmly in the scent hound family and as such have amazing senses of smell. Their sense of smell is so predominant that sometimes beagles get categorized as lazy or dumb, but in all likelihood, they would probably simply prefer to keep sniffing for the squirrel that ran up the tree rather than anything else.

Fun Fact: Our tri-colored beagles are actually born only black and white. The tan color appears as they grow older. The black and white colors are permanent, and only change in proportion to growth.
